Creating a new kitchen and living space.
The Brief - Extension on the back of a bungalow, steel work to firm the apex on the gable end wall and an internal vaulted ceiling with Velux windows to the side.
Right from the start of the project KJC Construction worked with the client offering design ideas and advice on how best to proceed. From the initial dig of the foundations through to completion we liaised with Building Control at every stage on behalf of the homeowner ensuring all works were carried out in compliance of the relevant regulations.
The build was fully project managed by KJC Construction co-ordinating trades like plumbers, electricians and plasterers so that they were on site at the appropriate time to do their work. Prior to handover the extension was fully decorated and fitted out in accordance with the clients specification with full certification provided on completion.
The result is a stunning 8sqm light and spacious modern kitchen and living space with easy access to the rear garden through the large sliding glass doors. Needless to say the customer is absolutely delighted!
